"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"Nice clean room and bathroom although the bathroom was so small I had to contort myself to get into the shower. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was excellent. Overall very happy and would stay there again."

We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again."
