"Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. "We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. "The staff were very welcoming straight from when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the decor was nice, with a really nice restaurant, the Hudson attached to the hotel. Our room was clean and nicely decorated making it comfortable and modern. The location was brilliant with easy walking to all the bars, restaurants and shops.
