"I continue to stay at this property whenever I am in Istanbul. The staff are outstanding, from the desk to the room attendants, they are always willing to go the extra mile. My wife decided that their sheets were so soft and comfortable, that she wanted to know where she could purchase some for our home. They were so accommodating that they offered to sell her some from their own stock that had not been used as yet. Then she decided she needed the matching pillowcase, and they once again offered...

"Staff very friendly and helpful and gave us a warm welcome. Generally good ambiance. Lovely rooftop restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. Good location for an aperitif at sunset enjoying the aerial view over the city and port. Pool and spa excellent - spotless and well maintained. Located close to many of the main tourist amenities in the old city. Definitely recommend and would go back."

"Ali, the General Manager was present every time we were in the lobby. He was ensuring everyone was happy with everything, asking about their plans and even reminding people that were departing if they remembered their pasports. Breakfast had a great selection"
