"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

"We loved our stay. It was clean, staff very nice and loved the views from our room. It was easy to get to with the metro and tram line both right at the hotel. Loved the area, park, small grocery store, restaurants and walking area. Most of all, it was the easiest walk to the cruise terminal. I will be recommending this hotel to my clients as well. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel Air-conditioning was broken (entire hotel) and my room had no fan, windows don’t open and temp was over 30 degrees in the room. Hotel did nothing to compensate for this inconvenience I didn't get any sleep because the room was like a sauna."

"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

We thought it would be cleaned but by day 4, it was still there, which means that the cleaning didn't involve the floor. This could be improved. Everything in the room was in good condition. "Het is vooral de beleving die het verblijf uniek maakt. De gedachte dat dit schip tot het jaar 2000 dienst heeft gedaan als cruiseschip en heel veel mensen plezier heeft gebracht is fantastisch. Hut was schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en het ontbijt prima. Parkeerplaats is ook fijn. Hier en daar blijft het onderhoud wel wat achter."

"CityHub Rotterdam ist ein innovatives Hotel mit dem notwendigen Komfort. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption helfen beim Check-In, so dass es ganz einfach ist. Der sogenannte Hub ist klein, aber das Bett ist sehr breit. An die Beengtheit eines Hubs gewöhnt man sich schnell, zumal man auch in der geräumigen Hangout-Area wichtige Dinge erledigen oder den Tag Revue passieren lassen kann. Im Hub gibt es WiFi; die Verbindung ist aber nicht besonders schnell....
