"I like everything with the house"

"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. On arrival after a day of travelling the Norfolk coast, we found ourselves outside a Bungalow which...

"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. "House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay"

"Excellent location, a pleasant 20 minute walk into town through the park, nice quiet area. Clean with no clutter but quite basic, 3 bedrooms a plus. Kitchen well kitted. Garden over grown which was a shame as would have been a real plus. On the whole positive experience and would stay again,"

"This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again."

"Very nice property with comfortable beds. The only slight issue is the lack of parking but there is street parking 100 yds away"
