"We stayed for three nights, choosing this hotel primarily for its bright, clean, and recently remodeled appearance. The location was also a big plus, and we have no complaints there at all. They provide hoses outside for rinsing off after the beach, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. The wifi is very slow and at times the service is off as well. That said, our main issues came down to room cleanliness. As soon as you walk in, you're met with a damp, moldy smell that lingers....

"Clean, cozy room and super attentive staff! The highlight for us was seeing the incredible animals. The birds, fish, turtle, and dragon lizard made the stay so unique. Excellent location as well, with plenty of fantastic dining options just steps away."

"We stated for five nights. It was clean the first day… after that it was purely ridiculous. Not cleaned for three days. It was so obviously unkept. Beds unmade, floors unswept, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Unwell managed in terms of cleanliness. I’m not used to such terrible service when it comes to house keeping. I was disappointed to the say least. Not to mention it was only cleaned after we went to the front desk to complain. Unacceptable hotel behavior."

"Breakfast was great. Wish where was more options maybe pancakes or waffles. Definitely wanted bacon but never had. The room was clean! However i wish they gave more soap and toilet paper. We ended up extending, and when I went to the front desk, didn’t tell me anything about switching rooms. And then the morning of we found out we had to switch rooms. It was kind of annoying because my family and I were planning to go to the beach that day, so everything got pushed back.Overall great stay ! Ohhh...
