Had to change rooms as first one a loud boiler /fan noise.second room although didn’t have a walk in shower it was so much quieter and stunning views. I was very pleased the staff found me another room

Great location, staff all friendly and efficient. Lovely breakfasts. Hotel is being refurbished in stages, but room was fine and public rooms are lovely. Whilst location is great, might be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Also, there is no lift at the hotel so make sure to book a ground ...
