"Wir hatten als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Hotel und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns gepasst.(Reisezeit, Juni) Besonders hervorheben möchten wir vor allem die Sauna mit dem traumhaften Ausblick. Für Familien ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet - der Pool darf zwar nur bis 18:00 Uhr mit Kindern benutzt werden. Dafür gibt es noch einen Kletter und Spielbereich. In dem Hotel sind Hunde erlaubt. Das Zimmer wird nur auf Verlangen...

"It was a really nice and cozy place. It was the best hotel on this trip. The surroundings were very nice and the host was very friendly. It was a much nicer place than the picture. The kitchen utensils were perfectly equipped. There were many things to see around. It was close to Füssen Germany. I will surely go back there."

"The reservation check in agent Emily was extremely rude. . I can not express how very terrible she was and the number of mistakes she made. Wrong room, wrong names on the room several time, wanting to charge us for 3 cars when we only had 1. 🙄 those behind us also had problems being told they had no reservation though their room was paid in full. Expedia had to step in and contact the property on their behalf."
