"The outside of the property was very quaint. No assistance with luggage. There is no elevator. Was rudely told to move from the table I was in the middle of having breakfast at so they could set up that particular for tea. The front desk manager was very rude to guests. A few guests noticed her abruptness. ..."

"This was a very grand hotel at an incredible price. Not just a hotel but an historic estate with grounds to explore, a gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was nice with loads of options. We didn't have an evening meal there as the bar food was too expensive for what it was, eg £18 for a pizza, ..."
