"This is a respite of calm right in the middle of a busy city! Common areas are large and well-appointed with nice, modern decor. Macaroons in the lobby were appreciated, as was the little bottle of port wine in the room. The spa area with small indoor infinity pool was the perfect place to recuperate from site-seeing...and we loved our room itself-- it had a huge balcony with an incredible view."

"Bruno was very helpful! He arranged for a shuttle to pick us up at the Douro Marina, and he also made reservations for us at your restaurant, Casario. (Bruno was very quick to respond to any communications with us.) The Casario restaurant was absolutely amazing! Very good! Would definitely recommend! And the next morning, Bruno was there to serve us a most wonderful complimentary breakfast! I just wish we had decided to stay a few more days in Porto. We had a wonderful, but too brief, visit...

"We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was super central and easily walkable but had no issues with noise at night. The rooms were very updated with the latest technologies and appliances. The bed was super comfortable and we liked the dark aesthetic. We would highly recommend staying here!"

Shout out to Rae who checked us in and showed us around the hotel facilities. The rooms are very comfortable, as is the bed. Enjoyed having the large bathroom with two sinks - made sharing a bathroom very easy. We also used the indoor leisure facilities. Pool a bit chilly but loungers comfy. Food at this hotel was tasty and not over priced. We are hoping to stay again...
