"The Riad was clean, warm and welcoming. In the old madina District via small alleys. The staff were courteous,respectful and could not do enough for you. Reduane was extremely accommodating. Even walked us to a nearby restaurant we struggled to find on google maps (you have to knock a closed unsigned door to gain aceess) . The manager was very helpful with tips about the medina and the surroundings and was a genuinely lovely person. "The location is about a 15 minute walk from the Main Street in the Medina and Fez is a maze. Google Maps works okay but Apple Maps didn’t work well at all. There are no shops near the Riad itself. The staff was friendly and ended up upgrading my room, which was nice. There was definitely some price gouging issues though.
