Nice hotel for s good rate
Everything was pretty perfect, beautiful sea with some small island views, very green environment, nice food, safe environment for kids with play grounds ,the only con is mosquitoes; once it gets dark they literally attack you in every part of hotel and unbearable

Das Essen mit Service war sehr gut
Der Empfang war leider nicht so toll! Trotz der Reservation mehrere Monate vorher war unser gebuchtes Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht verfügbar und man hat uns ein einfaches Standart Zimmer angeboten für 5 Personen. Nach nochmaliger Beschwerde kam ein zweites Standartzimmer dazu. Der Check In war auch schleppend war eigentlich für 14 Uhr gedacht, jedoch konnten wir die Zimmer erst gegen 17 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen.
So haben wir uns das natürlich nicht vorgestellt !!
Das Essen mit all inklusive war sehr gut, sehr vielfältig und ausreichend.
Alles in allem Preis Leistung ganz ok, jedoch muss sich organisatorisch noch einiges verbessern lassen

Hübsches und sauberes Hotel.
Das Hotel ist ganz sauber und gemütlich, aber müssen die mit Mücken eine Lösung finden.Kinder Betreuung gibt's auch nicht und es ist auch nicht gut.Der Weg zum Strand muss auch gemacht werden.Sonst Essen sind auch ganz lecker und sauber, mit Arbeitern sind auch ganz nett,ich kann weiter empfehlen.

Banyonun daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. Benzer şekilde tabak, çatal/bıçak/kaşık ve bardakların da daha temiz olmasını beklerdim. Elimde aldığım art arda üç fincanın içlerinin temiz olmadığını görüp yerine bıraktım.
Sabah kahvaltı saati 09:30 gibi -tatil ortamına göre çok erken- bir saatte bitiyor. Sanırım otel kapasitesinin üzerindeydi, bu nedenle yemek için sıra beklemek, başkalarının kalmasını "ummak" gerekti.
Bu eksikliklerin dışında diğer konular idare eder. Beklentilerinizi yüksek tutup üzülmek yerine daha düşük tutarak, karşılaştığınız sonuçlara sevinme olasılığınızı yükseltebilirsiniz.
