"Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Anfang hatten wir sehr viel Staub, der von den Decken hing. Reklamierten dann beim Housekeeping und es wurde schnell erledigt. Allgemein ist das Personal eher schlecht ausgebildet und unfreundlich. Das Resort ist aber dennoch empfehlenswert, da es sehr schön gelegen ..."

"I did not like that the manager (I presume) never looked at me saying bye at my departure. All the rest I liked! But why is this survey just in english?? It should be bilingual. We are in the province of Québec and we prioritize french!!"
