Our lake-view room was beautiful -- lots of light, unbelievable view, super spotless, and a towel warmer in the bathroom (with bath AND shower!!!!) that I wanted to take home with me. Wonderfully welcoming staff and exceptional room service.... can't recommend more highly!!! "

Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
