"It was misleading that they put the swimming pool and spa photos as part of their hotel. Those service is from next door and you need to pay more for it. The funny thing is almost everything need to pay to use in the room, tea coffee and water. They left one bottle of water for free in the room."

"A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . "Nice big room facing back of property so not too noisy.Had cooking facilities with 2 ring hob,microwave,sink and fridge and bakery items arrived in basket outside room.at 730.Ear plugs provided as church bells close by ring from 730 onwards.Bathroom sink was all cracked and could do with replacing and walk in shower could do with being resealed as water leaked all over floor no matter what way turned shower head."

"Hotel was well placed for the new town. Easy parking although access could be better signposted. Room was spacious enough. The lighting in the walk in wardrobe was pretty annoying - motion sensor only which went off very quickly. As we left early, we didn’t try the breakfast but they hotel did offer a take away breakfast which was ok."

Easy walking or public transport to most tourist venues. Staff - all very welcoming and helpful apart from breakfast staff who I found to be curt and officious. "A great little hotel to explore Bergamo from - excellent choice & ticked all my boxes! Staff were lovely & gave me a quiet room, as requested. Location is good, 15 minutes on foot from train & bus stations and same to the centre of the lower city.
