"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and the room was immaculate. We had a view of Brienz lake and it was breathtaking. I would love to stay here again in the future."

"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. Second issue is how warm the room was. I understand that the weather is something you can’t control, but it has to be known that this place has no A/C and the rooms are very poorly ventilated. We had an 11 month old and it was so bad we would need to spend time outside the room for him to cool down. It’s hard to believe we paid over...

"Dinner and breakfast were great. Staff were not helpful at check in. After the restaurant closed, staff sat on the front patio and smoked for over an hour. With no air conditioning we had the windows open to cool down the room, which are directly above the patio. The second-hand smoke smell filled the room so bad we had to shut them, which wasn’t pleasant."

"The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking. Our room was very comfortable. Nice hot shower too. The location is right next to the gondola station that you must take to get the town of Murren. We rode the gondolas to the top of Schilthorn Piz Gloria and visited the James Bond restaurant and got to do the Thrill Walk. In the evening we shopped at the local Coop and got food so we could sit on our balcony and eat while we enjoyed the views. 10/10 would stay again!!"
