"Gross room that smelled. Didn’t clean or replace towels at all while we were there and didn’t have a proper comforter so we just had to use the sheet at night."

"I arrived super late, at 1:30am, and the front desk attendant was ready to help me! Such a relief. He got me into my room quickly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great! Lots of options including make your own waffle. Fruit, eggs and sausage also available. Nice spacious dining room. Everything was perfect for my quick one night stay. Employees were friendly and super helpful. Thank you!"

"There was a strong storm when we checked in. My granddaughter slipped in the wet floor, fell and was crying because she is in a cast. The staff did not"

"The hotel is right off HWY 17, with the ingress to the hotel located where vehicles often travel off the Parkway at speeds exceeding 50 MPH. It is dangerous to leave the hotel at times, and it is easy to miss the turn coming in, requiring an additional 5-mile trip."

The room layout was excellent, with separate areas that made the space feel comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and move around. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality options that changed daily. It was something we looked forward to every morning. It meant so much to us. We will definitely be staying here. We travel to Jersey at least once a year this year we went twice."

"We got a room 115 it had a spotlight going straight into our room that the blackout curtains couldn’t even block out. We had multiple issues with cleanliness. Different peoples hair in the shower, dried blood stain on the fitted sheet that we had to change at midnight and when we came back for the day there were hairs all over the new pillows that we got, we counted and it had 16 different hairs on it. For the stay to be 800 bucks for 4 nights the parking lot was being redone, cleanliness was an...
