"Stayed for one night, had a concert I attended. Room was cozy and clean. Staff was helpful, area was nice. Only slight problem was finding the way in and out of the parking garage. But we figured it out. I would stay here again. "

Given the condition of the lobby, I would not have stayed even without the deposit. I did not see the room. I slept in my car at a rest stop rather than stay there."
