"this was just mediocre, at best. Many items in the room were dirty or in disrepair, including a lamp with exposed wiring. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the facility and rooms were not clean, very dated, and again, in disrepair."

"Grandview’s location is beautiful but the lodge itself is very old. We stayed in the main lodge upstairs and the bed sagged, the carpet was old and nasty, the door warped, the windows dirty and the room was very old with a terrible musty smell. We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for clean towels ..."

"This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with ..."
