She went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in so we could rest, which we greatly appreciated. The location in Pollonia was perfect—peaceful and away from the busier parts of the island, yet only about a 15-minute drive to the main town....

"We had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Although there was construction on the property, it didn’t bother us much. The location is convenient, close to the port but not much immediately closeby. So, you’ll likely need a car unless you want to spend all your time walking. The only issue we encountered was the inconsistent water temperature in the shower. It was generally not hot enough, but we didn’t flag it to the staff, so maybe it was an...

"Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!"
