"The first thing was as soon as I pulled up the Valet was closed, So I had to park and walk to the Front desk and the staff set a high expectation for me as to the room and the stay. We were given a room on the 20th floor and as soon as we unlocked the door, we were disappointed. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and it was dirty. The carpet had trash and stains on it, the Curtains had holes and stains on them, the Chair at the desk was full of stains. The furniture was chipped up and broken...

"The room we booked was so spacious. We loved having the option of using a tub or shower stall. Love the toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn. Will definitely book at a Hilton again."

The lobby and guest rooms feature eclectic, well‑designed décor that creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and both check‑in and check‑out were efficient and straightforward. I look forward to staying here again."

"This is a hotel located at a casino. The room was large and comfortable. It was clean and they provided complimentary bottled water. The only glich was that the entrance to the hotel was blocked off by construction. This required entering through the casino and carrying luggage farther."
