"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. "The staff were friendly, listened and responded quickly to concerns. The staff ability to quickly respond to concerns was the highlight of my stay here. However, the hotel needs to do more with their options for breakfast. The idea that your reservation is paid for as 2 persons - your breakfast should also be for two persons and not with the option of the second person paying."

Basic necessities were also unreliable the water would randomly shut off multiple times throughout the day, making it difficult to shower or even use the sink consistently. "The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking."
