"Check-in was easy, apartment was clean. The couch was not comfortable & cushions were out of shape. As I opened the clothes washer door the smell of soured clothes filled the room, an old shirt was left inside. And there were no English instructions to operate the washer. (the post said the unit had a washer & dryer)
My husband wanted to made coffee and found 2 of 3 coffee cups dirty, & only 3 coffee pods for a week stay for 3 adults. (we called several times for coffee pods)

"Our room was all that we wanted; a large and comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, nice view of the Acropolis, and the A/C worked well. The room was very clean but there was this odor that took getting used to. The TV was all but useless with only greek-speaking channels. We ate breakfast and supper at the hotel several times and the food was always top-quality, tasty, fresh and plentiful. The staff was absolutely amazing; friendly, courteous and always helpful. We would...
