"Renovation was going on while we were there. Our room had serious electrical problems (sparks coming from outlets, being shocked, lights getting dim and bright). We ended up changing rooms twice in the middle of the night. No compensation was given."

"One of our favorite stays! Thoughtful interior design, truly friendly staff, clean throughout, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious! The location is superb—close to museums and gr wet shopping, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and will certainly be staying here again!"

"Hotel is literally just steps away from the terminal building. In the morning, you can exit from the lobby doors and walk straight to the departure hall without having to take the steps or elevator needed to get to reception when arriving. The room was spacious and clean and the bed comfy and AC worked well! The breakfast buffet was good with ample variety. The only negative to our visit was the eating area during the breakfast service. There were many dirty tables and no clean tables set up with fresh utensils and napkins. Appears that it is intended to be more of a 'self-service' approach than I experienced in other hotels during this trip. The signage from the airport to the hotel is excellent. Would Absolutely stay in this hotel again if I need to fly through Helsinki!"

"The cabin was clean and comfy. Unit has little kitchenette, fridge and freezer, and sauna. Spacious. Staffs were friendly."

"The bed was good, staff very friendly, amazing view from up high. Paid to stay in a superior room with a view and didnt find it worth it. View was good room was small and didnt feel worth it to pay for the upgrade"
