"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Booked for a girls trip to Newcastle. The owner contacted me at 1:30pm when check-in is at 2pm saying we need to be a £40 cleaning fee and once this is paid then we can get the code to retrieve the house key. This was not stated before booking. We did not pay this fee as the house was no clean. Cobwebs, dust, mould in shower and flies in most rooms as they had left the windows open. "It was spacious flat , clean and had everything we needed for our stay . It was perfect for our needs, parking was right outside the property which was useful . Had great communication with Alexander properties. Which made everything easy . Would recommend this property and Alexander properties. "
