We had weather conditions via the ship causing us a 6 hrs delay for check in. They kindly waited for us to get in to our room before leaving for the night. Excellent communication and customer service.

Overall rooms were very good and excellent view of caldera. We had booked 6 rooms. Two rooms had beds that you have to climb to get in. Not comfortable for 60+ years olds. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room on time. Staff are excellent and always helpful.
