"The staff was very polite and helpful!!! BUT.... The plastic the mattress comes in was covered with a fitted sheet so throughout the night whenever you moved the sheet would start to come off. You spend the night fixing it or sleeping on the plastic because fitted sheets don't stay on plastic. The bathroom had a new shower curtain but a towel from a previous person was left hanging in the bathroom.The toilet seat definitely should have been replaced because it was old and discolored and the seat cover itself had old cigarette burns. This is one area ABOVE ALL that attentinn should have been given. The room isn't cleaned unless requested so no garbage pick up, beds made or towels replaced you're not told in advance No room phone in the room so if you need something you have to go back to the front desk and no wake up call is available The comforter was a plain dark gray that looked old ..No blanket was available so you only had it besides the top sheet. Since people.tend to put everything and do everything on hotel comforters, for sanitary reasons even a light blanket shoud be provided with the top sheet They did have a microwave and refrigerator and the TV had a good number of stations Free parking was also available At this time I could not recommend this hotel until the rooms have a better presentation. I understand they are renovating but I think they should have waited until they could have presented better. The staff however was very polite and helpfull"

"Property was located in a sketchy neighborhood. Needs exterior lighting along the sidewalk from the parking area to the hotel entrance. Needs lighting at elevator entrance for all floors. Rooms are like an efficiency dorm, needs brighter lighting in bathrooms, chest of drawers for clothing, etc."

"The security protocol was difficult and very excessive, and the host asked for the same information 3-4x, including after we had been cleared and had been checked in for hours. Very disorganized. The carpet and couch are stained, the unit looks wiped clean but definitely does not appear to ever be deep cleaned. The shower doesn't drain well so that you are in standing water. Toilet paper is the worst 1-ply available. Dark scuffs all over the walls. It may look cute in pics, but the experience is not enjoyable at all once you see how gross it really is in person. Couldn't wait to get out of there."

"Beg bugs upon arrival. Checked in super late like at 11:00pm and once I opened the door was able to see all the bed bugs walking on the beds. Cancelled reservation asap "

"Room was dirty, old, and disgusting. Lifted up sheets and mattress had mold and stains and what looked like bed bug residue. Didn’t end up staying and the property said my stay was refunded, we’ll see if I get my money back."

"Convenient parking. Nice outdoor pool area. Our room had a kitchenette, which we didn’t need, but worked out since we had dinner leftovers to reheat. The plate was still soiled from the last guest. Floors need a regular mopping as our feet/socks turned black from them. We had been on the road for a month and this was by far the most expensive hotel and most disappointing. Husband also said breakfast was not great either. "
