"First of all, top-notch, lovely staff. They are this hotel’s best asset. Aside from that, this is a property in which the pictures look much better than the actual property. Our room smelled like human urine. Normally, I would not deal with such a room, but we were extremely tired and needed to attempt to get a few hours of sleep. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and a large cobweb in the room. Generally, everything in the room is very old and on the verge of falling apart. The breakfast was unsatisfying, had few offerings, and the area was generally dirty. This hotel deepened my appreciation for other hotels in which you can tell the corporation has more concern for their reputation."
