"Bathroom had paint pealing on all the walls... when we went to breakfast...20 minutes after they opened, the food was lukewarm at best. Shower pressure was also pretty bad. When I let the front desk know about my concerns they said they would tell their manager but couldn't offer any compensation because it was an Expedia Reservation. Expedia did take care of us."

"The hotel was conveniently located nearby the hospital. The rooms were clean, but there was a musty smell. I couldn't access my YouTube on there TV."

Two wonderful, large hot tubs (one indoor & one outdoor), beautiful & elegant spaces to relax outdoors, and entertainment such as ping pong, pickleball, cornhole. "I reserved a king river view room texted that we would arrive at 9:00pm and arrived at 8:30pm. They gave away my view room and gave us a very bad non view room next to stairs and the ice machine. Noise all night long. Offered no discount and argued about it. I’m going to dispute my charges with my credit card company"

"The clientele staying at this hotel made us feel unsafe. And we are from El Cajon, CA. This hotel would do better to clean up the people taking apart cars and just hanging out scoping people out as they go to their rooms. We did not stay we just drove to a safer place. Don’t book at this location."

"I don’t recommend this hotel. The bed was sagging and the room was noisy ( near the road). The ac was also loud. The room was clean, but, nothing can make up for a bad bed! Management doesn’t care and chooses to leave a lousy mattress and rent out the room."

Only 2 negatives are that it is very close to the interstate so you may hear some noise depending on room location. 2nd is even though rooms have kitchenette with cooktop, there are zero cooking or eating utensils provided in the room"
