Our two night stay was wonderful. We were greeted by Misty who was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Our room was clean, comfortable and lovely with a fantastic view of the river. Available breakfast had numerous menu choices…all delicious.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and I LOVED the pillows. We bought a bottle of wine and were provided with glass and a corkscrew. I like staying here when I visit Idaho Falls.

Tried to check in at 1:30 pm said they could not do that then checked in the people that came up to the desk after us. My daughter had to get some sleep for a game she was playing in. The fire alarms went off at 2:45 am and again at 3:15 am. The rooms were clean and comfortable just thought that not being able to check in and then had to pay for breakfast after not getting a good nights sleep was a lot to ask of a guest when you are patlying 168.00 a night.
