"Topside really is a 10. The property is larger than we usually like, but it is built and managed in such a way that it feels intimate. The location is beautiful and is close to the harbor center, yet it feels tucked away. Breakfast was lovely, and the staff provides treats and beverages to keep you feeling week cared for."

"What a beauty!! The hosts were wonderful—helpful and so kind. The motel is literally up the hill from everything in Boothbay Harbor. The price was so affordable and one night wasn’t long enough!! Thank you Mid-Town! We shall return!!"

"This property was perfect for a night away for my partner and I. The yard was gorgeous, the bedroom was clean and rustic. The view was exceptional, as was the staff and breakfast in the morning. We will absolutely stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Greenleaf Inn! The inn was immaculate, comfortable, and such a welcoming place to come back to after a day of exploring. Our host was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts was the amazing view overlooking the harbor. Being able to look out and watch all the boats coming and going was so peaceful and really made our stay feel special. We’re so glad we chose the Greenleaf Inn and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The location is unmatched. Right on the bay, the views were spectacular. The problem comes with the cleanliness and upkeep of the place. Our room was ready when we arrived by they forced us to wait until the dot of check-in time to access it. When we went inside our room, it was obvious the room had been sitting dormant for a while. Two wine glasses were sitting on the floor by a table with caked-on dried wine. On walks around the property, it was obvious some amenity locations were in need of refurbishment but they weren't high-use places so it didn't seem like the staff cared. Overall, you can't beat the location. At one time it was probably the crown jewel of Boothbay but they also appear to be resting on their laurels a bit. I would probably return, but with a bit lower expectations. You're booking it for the views and location."
