"Stayed at this property four times, and the last time experienced a bit of negative feelings. Perks from previous trips changed, but instead of staff explaining management changes said always was that way. To the contrary, I know that the last three stays was different. Instead I came away feeling belittled when I knew situations were different previous stays."
