"The stay itself and the property were amazing. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and I didn't need much from them. The area where the hotel was located was not a good area at all, with a lot of road construction as well. However, I felt like the property itself was secure and it was gated, so I felt good at all times."

"This is a good hotel to stay in and we would recommend it. Clean, comfortable, great King beds! Around 15 mins drive to/from Memphis airport. We booked this hotel as it stated it had an airport shuttle, however, it did not state it was only available Monday to Friday. This would be the only negative of our stay. We’d also recommend the Longhorn Steakhouse which was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Excellent food and highly recommended."

"We will NEVER stay here again. No “welcome” or eye contact from front desk during check in and no smile. Smell was awful, smokers and loud talkers standing outside our door late at night. I woke in the middle of the night thinking we were having a storm outside. Turns out it was the EXTREMELY loud and rattling air conditioner. Breakfast was bad and toaster took forever so we left. Way over priced for dirty place! The only positive is that we weren’t sleeping outside and we had a door between us and the outside."
