"So, I was greeted by the Valet staff. Very nice! The receptionist, very arrogant and not very welcoming, short hair lady. Got to the room and based on the amount of money I spent I was very disappointed! Next time I’ll book the Drury Inn Suites they are awesome. I did send a message to the property manager but got no response. I’m the room,They only had coffee, no tea, as if I love coffee. The room was so bare. The stairwell was dirty and dark. For me, the worst thing was the noise! It was sooo noisy, I could hear the elevator and all the noise on the street.It was loud. Don’t be fooled by the fancy name. I usually spend my anniversary and birthday for me and hubby in San Antonio but I will not stay at this property again. "

"The hotel staff was overwhelmed with high occupancy, they did not clean our room until 6:30 pm. We were assigned a double room but requested a king type room. Did not receive any of the benefits we were promised "

"The resort fee was annoying bc it was charged to the room even if we could not has the amenities like the spa, which was closed on Mondays for example or the mini bar menu which was out of items I would have ordered using the credit. "

"Free parking was very nice and the market across the street was great for anything you needed include ordering a pizza! The room had some mildew in the bathroom and the tub did not drain completely because it is not on an incline towards the drain. The rest of the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning staff refreshed our room each day, and that was appreciated. The pool is bigger than I expected but all of the lounge chairs were ripped. "
