The staff is super friendly and they work hard to make your stay easy and relaxing. Our room was super clean - the robes in the room were a nice touch. We did not get a room with a direct ocean view, but because the rest of the resort is so wonderful, we didn't need to linger in our room so it didn't matter to us. Everything was exceptional. "

"There was zero communication i asked for earlier check in which no one responded after saying they would check if we could we did show up early and i had messaged several times that all we needed was a place to put luggage again no response! Upon arrival seat had no record of our booking we needed a QR code which we never received! finally did get into room and pictures on hotels.com we’re definitely from another room and view because room actually was located pretty much in the parking lot! I’ll never do this again then host sent a nasty response that it was all my fault!! "
