"Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. "

"Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. "

"I'm not sure why they stopped doing breakfast sausage for breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast was ok, but smoked sausage doesn't taste like breakfast so I think they should bring back breakfast sausage"

"They are doing remodeling and we need to be patient in order to have a nice finished product. I believe they are updating bathrooms, changing furniture and mattresses."

"First off the staff were so polite and friendly! The view is amazing and they even provided cookies and snacks as well as fresh coffee. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I’ve ever had. Clean and fully stocked. Rooms were clean. Can’t say enough about the friendly staff, sad it’s hard to come by now days. "
