"Resort fee is quite high for the amenities offered-we didn’t use the shuttle, nor did we take advantage of slushies or popsicles as they are available for a short period of time. Welcome drink was never offered, nor was parking pass. Happened to observe in other vehicles and inquired. The room was very clean, liked the decor how ever the only chair in the room sits very low to the floor. Challenging for those with any physical limitations. Rooms are also very noisy-they do provide a white noise...

"It was centrally located. I wish the beach was more maintained for being advertised as the largest private beach in all of key west. The staff was helpful, but wasn’t extraordinary. The pools were very nice. The outdoor bar was okay. The gift shop was very nice. The rooms were mostly clean. There was a lot of dust and dirt as well as sand in corners of the room, especially in the bathroom. Room service only came when we called to request which was odd. "Never stayed at a resort but this one seemed older but still well maintained. The entrance had a few steps to climb to get to the office to sign In as well as the breakfast area. We were in a separate building with an outside entrance and not as quiet as I would have liked. The breakfast buffet was not that great but this was different. The breakfast staff was great but I would not do breakfast there again."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room however was not well cleaned or stocked upon check-in. No spare rolls of toilet paper, no tissues in room.. had to go to bathroom in lobby to get what we needed. Floors were not cleaned.. gritty and grimy. Shoes were required to walk around room. "Amazing! I’m so grateful we chose this property. The air conditioning worked wonderfully. The proper tabs the room were so clean. Comfortable bed and great amenities. Deanna was so sweet and informative. The location was perfect, close to everything but not in the party scene. I adored the aesthetic. Quaint and cute. Also my son enjoyed breakfast very much.
