"We arrived to check in about 2:10pm, reception was closed & I had to ring a phone number to get the guy out to give me the key. The room was a disappointment upon opening the door, smelly, crumbs on the bench, large sticky spot on the table. Furnishings were all very old, cracks in the walls, mould around the room & bathroom. "Lovely room with 2 double beds. Fantastic location, near horse driven tram, beach front, shops & eateries - walked everywhere. Had a wonderful stay, loved Victor Harbor. "

"The hotel is in a great location, easy access to granite island and the restaurants in town. The room was large and comfortable. The bed, however, was a bit too soft and felt like sleeping in a hole (at least on one side of the bed) the shower temperature was hard to moderate, but did have enough hot water. We liked the sitting area in our ocean view room. "

"Chacune des 5 unités à son emplacement de parking. Il y a 2 chambres, une cuisine équipée, salle de bain, buanderie, salon-salleàmanger, et terrasse. En extérieur il y a barbecue, coin pique-nique, et , pour les pêcheurs un lieu où nettoyer les poissons. Ce site et fait pour les familles. La réception a des horaires limités mais suffisamment large pour accueillir ceux qui arriveraient de Kangaroo island par les derniers ferrys"

The property was extremely dirty, every piece of kitchenware, cutlery, and glassware had to be washed before use. We tried contacting the property the day before our arrival to ask about food options but never received a call back. Additionally, the air conditioning didn’t work during our stay.
