"This hotel is simply amazing, the property is well kept: beautiful landscape, garden, restaurants and bar. We had breakfast and dinner which were well prepared. The breakfast came with fresh squeezed orange juice, variety of bread, crepes, meat and dinner menu has a wide selection, including kid’s plate, seafood, meat and desserts. They have an extensive dessert menu also. Everyone is simply attentive, kind, and welcoming. Receptionists, servers, and team members were fluent in English....

"Staff were so welcoming. Room was clean, bathroom was recently updated and had a/c which was so nice with abnormally higher temps. The hotel fit the look of the city and was yet modern in the room. They offered laundering service which was so helpful. Hotel was very walkable to the numerous cafe’s. Great place would recommend to book here."

"Their amenities description says they have A/C and luggage storage, these were the reasons I picked this hotel, what they had instead was a fan in the room and temperature in the room was 28 C, so had to open the room’s window, but then bugs were coming inside. The bathroom was covered in mold all over the ceiling and the shower had mold in most of the grout. The carpet of the room was very dirty and the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.
