"Dirty, dated and overall pretty disgusting. Blood stained pillow covers, black mould in the bathroom, unsafe plug sockets, no housekeeping at all during a 6 night stay. Almost no soundproofing in the rooms, so you get to enjoy yapping dogs, and stomping and screaming children. The beds are the worst ..."

"This hotel is in a great location but as other have mentioned it is dated. The staff were kind but not particularly knowledgeable. The room was large and relatively comfortable with a great view of the River Ness."
