"After I booked the room, I rang twice to check that the room was on the ground floor & both times not answered, so I left a written message with the booking & got no reply…….not a good start! It would be a good idea to provide a night light - I always carry one and it proved very useful as there are no windows and it got VERY dark when we turned all the lights off.
