"Clean room with modern decor and a balcony. Bathroom was large/modern & stocked with extra towels. Microwave available on each floor in ice machine room. Overall, nice property with pools and private beach (managed by helpful and friendly beach boys). You can self-park in a large exposed lot that has a covered drop off area. Only negatives: Coffee shop employees were not very friendly & aloof. Alcoholic drinks were too expensive for their size ($15+ for 6-8 oz, but I would stay here again."

"Staff took a extra 30 minutes to check me in after I arrived early and ask for a early check in. Parking wasn’t free and the location to enter and exit was difficult. Had to wear a rise band while on property and it was very tight even on my kids.a lot of construction was going on in the area"

"The AC didn't keep the room cool. There were stains on the carpet. We were suppose d to have an ocean front room, we got street view and they wouldn't work with us because we used a third party (Expedia) make reservations. We also had to pay for our parking, $15 that we didn't know about."

"This was the worst place I've stayed with expedia don't go to property floors sticky shower curtain broke iron was gone coffee couldn't drink creamer so was hard you could make rocks out of it sheets had stuff on both beds I had my own bedding I will never go to another red roof thanks to that one I have pics"

"The smell is pretty bad, mattress cover was dirty, roach on the lamp, soap scum built up in shower, a random board half wedged under the vanity to help support it."

"Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean."
