"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"Me & My boyfriend had already booked our trip for a wedding in a resort. We had decided to come a day earlier and we stayed here at Millbrooks resort. " Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. The establishment only has a total of 4, not including the buffet, and the majority of the restaurants weren't open until after 5 pm. Since we stayed for 4 days, we would have loved to have been able to experience the variety of restaurants we booked the resort for. Other than that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend anyone looking for a laid-back resort to relax. "
