"We really enjoyed our stay at iQ Hotel Firenze. The hotel is modern, very clean, and in a great location close to the city center, which made it easy to explore Florence. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food and many healthy options. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The only small issues were that my wife found the pillows a bit too stiff, and our room faced the train tracks, so it was a little noisy at the beginning of the evening. Still, overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again next time we visit Florence."

"It is the worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff extremely rude. They no nothing about hospitality. The bathroom smelled bad, the bed is hard and so are the pillows. The ratings made me stay here but really zero satisfied. The only good thing is the location."

"Hotel Baglioni is conveniently located right by the train station and the T2 tram to/from the airport. It is a short walk from the Duomo and the surrounding attractions. The hotel has a lot of old world charm and comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. It is a large hotel with many rooms so the breakfast room can feel crowded. The view of the Duomo from the breakfast room on the 5th floor is incredible. I would definitely stay here again."
