"Room was clean but had a wet musty smell which was no problem for me cause I travel with my own air freshener air conditioner also didn’t work to my liking but I also travel with a fan it was clean housekeeping got my towels promptly when I asked her. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast I enjoyed the waffle maker staff friendly parking wasn’t bad"

"I was disappointed because there was no where to put our clothes (no closet, no hangers, no iron or ironing board). There was 1 very small drawer & 3 knobs to hang something on above it(I hung my purse on it). The ventilator in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. It was previously taped with black electric tape. We let the front desk know & someone came & taped it back up. Before checkout (day 2), the tape was no longer holding it, so it was hanging from the ceiling again"

"The staff overall was nice the room was cleaned nicely but the room was very hot the air didn’t too much work and the some of our towels had holes in them. Also very noisy on the 3rd floor sounded like a football team was there"

"This was our 3rd stay but will be our last. Black mold on wall and curtains, toilet had not been cleaned. Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. The beds were comfy. Sparse breakfast but good coffee."

"This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was really clean, came with a microwave and refrigerator. I will say at first the refrigerator wasn’t as cold as it should’ve been and the ice in the top part was melting but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly. Well the lady who was there when I was checking out. Overall, I really enjoyed my one day stay here."

"Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

"Hotel was Ok Ok. Lady Staff who checked in is very good even though that was around 1 AM. The man who was during checkout need some basic things to talk properly with guests."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency. While I want to give credit where it’s due, the staff was friendly, professional, and did their best to accommodate me by switching my room the condition of the hotel itself was unacceptable. "I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine"
