I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there.
The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but at that point, one of my children already fell asleep so that was out of the question.. stinks.
We were on the first floor and the walls are paper thin. It was hard to sleep at night because we heard foot steps from above all night and it sounded like elephants above (I’m guessing it really wasn’t elephants, just normal movement but the walls aren’t sound proof)
Overall, the hotel was fine but I wouldn’t return due to these service hiccups.
