"I would stay here again! Clean!Very close to the train station and very central in Florence. The host is very kind! She even recommended wonderful sites and resturants. Very sweet people! The building has an elevator so if you packed a lot you can use the elevator. I was concerned staying near a train station but the noise didn’t bother me. She provides ear plugs if you’re sensitive to noise but myself and my husband didn’t need them. Overall I would come back and recommend to stay here if...

"Loved my stay! Nice location with plenty of restaurants and shopping just seconds away. We were just a quick walk from the train station. We slept very well in comfortable beds/bedding and our rooms were spacious ! Staff so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great and happy it was included in our room fee! "The hotel was at a Good location. However, we stayed on the corner of 4th floor. We had to take 3 steps down upon entering the room. We only had a skylight with no actual window on the wall to look outside. The biggest problem was the room was really hot even with the ac on the coolest temperature setting. We had to open the skylight and we were still hot and couldn’t sleep at night."
