We arrived at hotel and had to log into an app asking more than 20 questions, passport and all other information. Unnecessary for travelers arriving with more important things to get to.
Many questions are related to addresses which are not accepted in the Portuguese language, help from desk required. Why, the hotel should fill in the blanks, and request help when necessary from the guest.
Then, the big one:
We requested and paid more for a room with a jacuzzi, but found out there was no hot water except at the bidet… no thank you.
Site should make sure rooms are suitable before selling them.
In the morning, still no hot water, cold raise off was the solution for flights the following day.
Needs management supervision.
