"In my experience, last week was not a very pleasant one! I stayed for four days and three nights, and at no point did I see my room being cleaned. The interior of the room and the bathroom definitely need remodeling; I had expected something else, given how heavily the place is promoted, so for me, it was a total disappointment."

"Impressive lobby and pool area. The ocean/beach area is run down and could be nice if they would rake it and spend an hour a day working on cleaning up the sand. The cement around the pool is chipping and hurts to walk on. An awesome free breakfast. We ate lunch 3 times from the pool bar and had dinner 4 times in the lobby. All meals were excellent. "Clean room but shower not fully covered. when we shower water is everywhere, on toilet, on the floor, and when we walk the water is everywhere in the room. No HOT WATER at all. We have to shower in cold water. some days i didn't shower at all. staff was good in helping and everything. "

"We loved our stay! The one bedroom with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4. Pool was big with enough space for everyone. Beach was gorgeous, pretty wavy/dangerous for swimming if untrained.
