"Overall, the stay was good. The only issue we had was that we ran out of shower gel and conditioner only on our 2nd day, and we have been asking the front desk for 2 consecutive days to request housekeeping for refills. Most of the staff are friendly and accommodating, but some aren't fit for customer service. "

We have stayed at this hotel several times, but unfortunately this will be our last visit. We’ve noticed that the cleanliness has declined with each stay. There was dust throughout the room, kitchen cups and utensils were dirty with food residue, and the bathroom had mold. It’s disappointing because the hotel is otherwise very convenient and breakfast is great. "
